After taking a Copics class in Florida, I went back home and found this challenge in the Copic Creations blog.

My Magnolia stamp has shiny boots, and some sparkle in the hair, shiny hat bow, and in the halo around her. I experimented using color pencils, and Copic markers on top of them. For my first real "contrasty" attempt, I am satisfied!
It always amazes me how talented my cousin Marigel is. She lives in Peru, and runs her jewelry business from home. Marigel has beautiful and original designs, using Peruvian silver and beautiful stones. Now, she is accepting orders from overseas.
Look at this (goodie?) bag I prepared. I continued with the blue/silver/white color scheme, a fav combination for this time of the year, even in South Florida! The gnome is from a dollar stamp, stamped in blue with a red dot from the pearls! I cuttlebugged a gift in the silver self adhesive tape. Most of this inspiration came from the previous project. I prepared many.... like 100? ... maybe double that amount? They will be given out as a favor in a holiday dinner party.

The first photo photo was taken with daylight. I am not sure which one I like most, if this or the next one that was taken inside the house.
Cuttlebug Challenge #59Wow! I have been following the Cuttlebug Challenge blog [http://cuttlebugchallenge.blogspot.com/] for almost a year now, and finally I enter something!! I am thrilled!!

The challenge was to create a shiny card; I chose the silver and light blue combination for Christmas colors. Cuttlebugged an inchie card with Winter Trees folder; applied color, stickles and red and green pearls. Layered this card on top of a clear plastic square (recycling the packaging) with stickles borders. Embossed a Cuttlebug small folder in silver tape (from the home store), which is the last leyer. The silver tape is self adhesive and sticks directly to the card. I used foam squares to give dimension to the card. The border was done with a Fiskar snowflake border.

Here is a side view
