365 Cards Saturday Challenge - Am I a light blue person?

I was about to do a card for the parents of a baby boy, when I read about the 365 Cards challenge. I love stamping and have been following the 365 for a long time now. Here it goes.

My latest project....following the previous...

Look at this (goodie?) bag I prepared. I continued with the blue/silver/white color scheme, a fav combination for this time of the year, even in South Florida! The gnome is from a dollar stamp, stamped in blue with a red dot from the pearls! I cuttlebugged a gift in the silver self adhesive tape. Most of this inspiration came from the previous project. I prepared many.... like 100? ... maybe double that amount? They will be given out as a favor in a holiday dinner party.

The first photo photo was taken with daylight. I am not sure which one I like most, if this or the next one that was taken inside the house.

Sometimes less is best; would this be my case? Cuttlebug Challenge #59

Wow! I have been following the Cuttlebug Challenge blog [http://cuttlebugchallenge.blogspot.com/] for almost a year now, and finally I enter something!! I am thrilled!!

The challenge was to create a shiny card; I chose the silver and light blue combination for Christmas colors. Cuttlebugged an inchie card with Winter Trees folder; applied color, stickles and red and green pearls. Layered this card on top of a clear plastic square (recycling the packaging) with stickles borders. Embossed a Cuttlebug small folder in silver tape (from the home store), which is the last leyer. The silver tape is self adhesive and sticks directly to the card. I used foam squares to give dimension to the card. The border was done with a Fiskar snowflake border.

Hope you like it! I enjoyed doing it.
